Remove one of two iTunes I do not use in my computer

Windows VISTA Home Premium: In my computer, I have two iTunes programs one in the administrator user, and the other in one of the normal users. We do not use the one under the administrator. We only use the one in the user.I have already verified that all the songs in the user's iTunes are located within that user. Can I remove the iTunes program from the administrator user without affecting the iTunes program in the other user?

No.

On all Windows versions, programs are installed by the admin and are then available to the rest of the users. If the admin uninstalls, the program is gone for everybody.
