I have tried different blank CD's, I'm a little lost on technical details. It says "The attempt to burn disc failed. The disc drive didn't respond properly and can't recovery or retry." Please help.
iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)
I've lowered the write speeds, with and without text on the disc and even reset the PRAM. Nothing.
External drive? Internal?
How old?
Restarted computer?
Internal from 2009
This is the first Mac forum I've replied to about this. Same problem....even with simple music CD burns...no answer I've seen yet that addresses this issue.
