Ipod 5th gen does not remember networks

IPod 5th gen 9.3.1, no longer remember any networks, I refreshed, resets the router and I have even reset it. After the resetting of iPod I have refreshed and reset the routers it will not remember them at all. When it connects, (not easy to get it to do) I still can not go on to the net. Even tried turning the http proxy from off to auto, still will not remember network. I am never buy another apple product at this rate. It will not even connect to a network that it had been connect to before.
