How can I Manual Download and Update / Downgrade MacBook Air (13-Inch, Early 2015) SMC EFI firmware

Fails to Image MacBook Air (13-Inch, Early 2015) with NetBoot, More the 20 Units Randomly Reboots at different points Before Complete, and Each Unit Always Reboot, Never in the same point Before Complete.

Each Unit has Never has been Updated.

Also has Original Firmware Version installed.

Possible Issue

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4), Tested Multiple OS Images

MacBook Air (13-Inch, Early 2015) SMC EFI Firmware is not available and no sign in Apple Store.
