Q: What is going on with iTunes and the TV season passes? PROBLEMS.

I have a season pass to Orphan Black season 4 yet iTunes is asking for payment for the latest episode posted (in both HD and SD versions). 

First, the episode wasn't even posted until this afternoon and now instead of saying "download" for a season pass holder (which it clearly recognizes me as since it says "purchased" it is now asking for an additional $1.99 for the episode (my season pass is SD).  They're also asking for an additional payment for the episode in HD.  What is going on?  It is impossible to find any support for this problem.
