batch rip cds with multiple cd players iTunes

Most of the time it seems like trips to the Apple Communities are about something not working. This isn't.

I recently started the arduous process of ripping (AGAIN) my CD collection- to get everything not already ALAC converted to CD level compression. I generally use XLD for individual CDs I acquire. iTunes is somewhat arbitrary in ways I want choices. However- for mass conversion from CD I'd like to applaud iTunes for its ability to handle multiple optical disc players and batch queue them in for conversion.

If you're in a similar situation, this tip is for you- I've got four optical disc players attached and each load time I change out four CDs and go back to something more urgent to do than load CDs one by one. Thanks Apple and Thanks iTunes team. No ******** and moaning this time, only gratitude.
