Q: how to delete an linked organization iPad to factory setting.
i have bought an iPad recently on eBay, but it looks like the iPad is linked to an organization and i can't reset it to factory setting . tried recovery mode and restored and updated it , but just can't pass the screen of "okey account login". what can i do,also tried to contact apple support , but there's no service in my country , what can i do? please help!

I believe you have run into the activation lock.

You need to return the ipad to whoever you bought it from and ask for a refund.
