How to print to Fargo C50

I have a Fargo C50 Printer and while there is software available to print to this printer using Windows (Workbench),I'm having a lot of trouble trying to print from Mac. I urgently need to print well over 100 ID cards and cannot seem to get it to print from my Mac Book Pro.

I've tried printing from Preview and Microsoft Word. Preview had no effect. From Word the printer responded but then spat out a blank card. I've tried moving my card template all over the page, and creating a full page template with no luck. Has anyone any idea on how I could solve this problem without resorting to running windows in Parallel (something which I think might work but I'm reluctant to try in the event that paying for a Windows license will have no positive results)?

Any help would be much appreciated,

Thanks for the reply Grant.

I did download the driver and follow their instructions before I attempted to print. The code is slightly wrong in their suggestion (though truth be told I don't remember how exactly we managed to fix it!), but once fixed all it did was to ensure the printer and computer were linked and it still generated a blank card. My problem lies in actually printing what I want to have on the card. The HID Global tech support team were none the wiser as to how to solve this problem and their Windows based program - Fargo Workbench - is very easy to use and to print from.
