Q: Haven't started my MacBook Pro in ages ... Keep getting "login keychain" ... I've changed iCloud and Apple ID on other devices and can't remember what keychain password is for Macboook

HI

i I haven't turned on my Mac for ages and when I do I get message "login keychain" ... I have changed my apple Id and iCloud password on other devices and cant remember password for Mac keychain

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
