Q: Error 3403F

Hi i was trying to reset my computer(Imac 21.5 2015) but when i cancel it, so now i have the

Flashing Folder with Question Mark and the error 3403F, i try to press command R or Command+option+R+P and nothing

I dont know what do PLEASE HELP ME

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
