Any backup software that can use network target should work.
Macrium Reflect is one I use that I know works to Time Capsule.
Genius Time Line is a similar concept to Time Machine for PC.. it is more expensive than I would like to pay but there does appear to be a free version.. how good or bad or what limitations I don't know.
Internal MS backup software is by and large useless.. at least until Win 8.1 /10.
NOTE.. A USB drive plugged into the laptop and formatted native NTFS is far superior to backup on TC which is formatted HFS+ (unreadable to windows) which is networked as SMB and treaded as NT server with FAT32 with all its limitations.

Use another disk, properly formatted for Windows (NTFS): what is the use of a backup when there is a good chance on corruption of the backup. Besides an USB connected disk is much faster than the (WiFi coupled) TC disk.
