Well, as you can't download most kinds of files through Safari, it's not generally a problem. PDFs can be opened in iBooks, jpegs in Photos.

Yeah. So I'm listening to music and suddenly the music stops and when I check it to see, it shows a download bar and a huge URL I can't read entirely. So ... I was just stumbling at the time, I wasn't trying to download anything.

Were you listening to music through the Music app? Through a website? Or something else?

iOS doesn't have a user accessible file system. Any files you downloaded should be accessible from within the app you used to download them. What app did you use to download these files?

Your pictures likely ended up in the Photos App, the PDFs likely in the iBooks App. Look there and see if you can locate them.

Depending on what it was that you tried to download, it probably wasn't downloaded. Try describing what you did and someone should be able to better advise you.
