    Hello sam prz,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that you purchased a ringtone and other music on your iOS device but cannot locate it on the device. Do you subscribe to Apple Music? What type of iOS device are you using?

Typically you should be able to locate and assign any purchased Tones on your iOS device under Settings > Sound > Ringtone as described in the following article.

    Ringtones and vibrations - iPhone

As far as locating your music, if you do subscribe to Apple Music, make sure that you see all of  your music in the My Music section of the Music app by following the instructions in the next article.

View just songs, albums, and playlists that you downloaded to your device

    • iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch: In the My Music tab, tap Library. Then tap any of the different views (Artists, Albums, etc.), and turn on Only Offline Music. A message that says "Showing only music on this [device]. Show All Music." appears at the top of the screen. Tap Show All Music to see all of your music.

Add music from the Apple Music catalog to your library on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC - Apple Support

    Have a great day!
