The Hangouts app was having some issues, so I uninstalled it. Then when I went back into the App Store to get it again, there is no way to download it. As you can see, the button is available on other apps. I have tried restarting my device(iPad Pro) and made sure my restrictions are off. Thanks in advance for help!

The cloud with the arrow pointing downward icon is what you click on to re download it
It means it is an app that you own/have previously downloaded with that ID
The ones with GET are ones that are net new to that ID
That cloud with the arrow just means you've downloaded it before. If you click on it, does it let you download the app?
