Q: I replaced my IPOD4 with an IPOD6 for in car listening. I have hooked up the ipod4 to me in home stereo sytem and want to set the ipod to continually play songs on the IPOD so that I can just let the music play/change without having to do anything

I recently purchased an ipod6 exclusively for in car listening. I am hooking up my ipod4 to my in home stereo and want to know how to set the ipod4 so that in continuously plays stored music

    For use "exclusively for in car listening" (if that means connecting to your car audio system's USB port), it may have been better to get an inexpensive USB flash drive that you can just leave connected to the car (except when you want to change songs).  For example, here's one that barely sticks out of the USB port.

    What type of iPod is "ipod4"?  This forum category is for iPod shuffle, but it says iPod nano in your profile info.  If it's an iPod nano (4th gen), go to its onboard Settings screen.  There is a setting for Repeat.  Set it to Repeat All.  It will now continuously repeat the current song list.
