applications in a foreign language
Some of my applications are appearing in a foreign language since installing Capitan
MacBook Pro, iOS 9.3.1
Ttry booting into safe mode (hold down the Shift key while booting), then restart normally.
You can also check and uncheck your Launguge and Region preferences to kind of "wake" up the correct settings.
