Go to each of the areas you don't want to receive email from and click the Following button at the top right corner; if you're running ad-blocking software, you may need to temporarily disable it.
If desired, you can instead clickhereand turn off the email notifications completely.

You really do not want to stop getting ALL notifications - at least I wouldn't
I have a special purpose apple id that I use for just these forums. What I have done is to get an email id from google. I set my apple id to point to this google email id. Thus, I've never have had to figure out how to stop these ASC emails. 'Cause I rarely look at my gmail mail account.
It's a hack, but it works.

If you use an alias - do you wind up missing account related emails sent to the main account?
It's a completely different apple id account. For each apple id account, you get an alias that is the name for you that appears in ASC. I think you get the alias the first time you login to ASC.
For security reason, I have one apple id for all my app purchases.I have never used this apple id on these forums. It's doesn't have an alias. I have a second apple id I use just for the ASC forums. My second apple id asc alias is rccharles.
by moving to a new apple id you will loose all your points. There is no way to transfer. Have you made app purchases with your apple id? There is no way to move app purchases to a new id.

ps. I've been using apple products for awhile. I've been in the computer industry for awhile. I've become a little paranoid about putting all my stuff in the same basket [ eggs in the same basket ].
