Q: I have software version 9.3.1 on my iPhone 6 Plus.  As of today none of my AudioBooks in iBooks will play.  Please advise.

I have software version 9.3.1 on my iPhone 6 Plus.  As of today none of my AudioBooks in iBooks will play.  Would someone please advise how this can be resolved?

    What happens when you try to play them (are yo getting any error messages ?), and what have you tried to see if it fixes it e.g. have you :

    - tried closing the iBooks app via the phone's taskbar

    - done a soft-reset/reboot of the phone

    - deleted and synced them back from your computer's iTunes library (if you don't have them on your computer then do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases prior to deleting them). Or you might, of they are iTunes store purchases (and are still in the store and you haven't moved countries since buying them) be able to redownload them via the Purchased tab in the iBooks app.

    A reboot of the iPhone seemed to work.

     

    It also resolved a couple of other minor issues.
