Q: iphone 6 video pauses but plays audio

Hi i recorded a 3 minute video on my iphone 6 but when i went to replay it it freezes at the 22 second mark but the audio keeps playing. is there anyway to recover the video?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.1

    From your question, it sounds like you have a video on that was recorded on your iPhone that will not play as expected on your iPhone. We know that situations like this can be frustrating, but we’re here to help. 

     

    Do you use iCloud Photo Library on your iPhone? If you do, try to access this video on the iCloud website and see if it plays as expected there. 

     

    Where do I see photos and videos in iCloud Photo Library?

    You can access your photos and videos in the Photos app on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or Apple TV (4th generation). You can also use the iCloud.com Photos app.

    If you don’t use iCloud Photo Library, import this video to your computer and view it after import to test the video.
