Q: Sent iTunes voucher through email but
Hi,
So two days ago (4th May, 2016), I went to send myself an iTunes voucher via email. I sent it to the email I use as my Apple ID thinking I would just get a notification on my device. The email used as my Apple ID isn't the email I use for every day use, I haven't used this email as a form of communication in years, although, I still knew the password. So I went to log in to retrieve my $30 iTunes voucher and because I hadn't used this email in years, it asked me questions like "subjects of emails you've recently sent and received" etc, like how am I supposed to know?
I tried emailing Apple but all I wanted was an iTunes voucher to get some songs, I think its ridiculous to have to wait 48 hours.
So I was just wondering if there was a way I could resend it? I didn't use my Apple ID to SEND the voucher therefore if I go into my purchase history it's not there.
