Q: Ipod touch IOS 6.1.6

I have an old ipod touch running IOS 6.1.6 which is the latest update apparently.

Tunein radio app recently updated their app and as such my ipod wont run it.

Is there a way to get an older version of the app or update my ipod so that i can run it?
