Q: Cannot find ORF Olympus RAW files in El Capitan when using RAW

May 8, 2016 11:47 AMby bjhbryn mawr,Thank you Larry -- After hours struggling with this and after I posted this question in desperation, I found out it was a camera setting. Though I always shoot in RAW + jpeg, I apparently changed the setting at some point, and never changed it back. Thanks so much for getting back so fast. Will always check my settings in the future before getting so frustrated.

I do suggest thinking about why you are shooting both - for most people is it a waste of time and disk space - if you want RAW generally it is best to shoot only RAW - Photos will do the JPEG conversion and you can use the JPEGs form Photos anytime without having double storage being used
