Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities!
From your post, it sounds like you want to manually move music from your iTunes library to your iPhone, but have been unable to complete this process.
To troubleshoot this situation, I recommend reading over the information in the following article, specifically the Manually add items to your device section.
Move content from iTunes on your computer to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If the issue continues, proceed to the If you can't manually add or remove content from your device section and work through those steps.
If you continue to have an issue moving music to your iPhone, please reply and let us know more about the situation.
Have a great day!

Since i updated to iTunes 12.3.3.17 on my Windows 10 PC, i can´t sync any music to my iPhone anymore. And if I add a new Playlist to iTunes and try to sync it to the iPhone, all songs from the playlist are getting removed from the playlist and the playlist is empty. I already made a new clean install of Windows 10 but this does not help either. I have contacted the Apple Support and noone knows a solution. I reinstalled iTunes a few times but nothing seems to help.
This is definitely a bug/problem with the latest iTunes version which has to be fixed. The great Apple Support told me to contact Microsoft. But what should Microsoft do, if Apple can´t make a iTunes version that works on Windows properly.iPhone 6sPlus iOS 9.3.1, Windows 10
