does anybody know???? (iHome)

I just bought this stupid ihome thing to wake me up in the mornings. And it works fine except for one thing. When I set it to wake me up with iPod music, it plays music for about 4 seconds then it starts buzzing. What is up with that?? I bought this to get rid of the annoying buzz alarm sounds. Does anyone know how to make it not do this?? It's killing me!! Hope someone can help!
