My Apple Watch Won't Turn on.

This is the second time this has happened. I go to charge my iWatch from completely dead and try to turn it on but it won't turn on at all. I've tried force restart and have had it plugged in/charging for over 3 hours now. Last time this happened they had to send it off to apple repair but if anyone knows a fix that'll be great.
