Yahoo decides It cant login Internet accounts in system preferences

My Yahoo account suddenly decides to fail to login in the Internet accounts in the system preferences. It keeps on asking for password in mail, calendar, notes and contacts. Its annoying. Loging in Yahoo in the Safari was such a pain in the backside. It keeps on saying the wrong password, when the password is correct. Then I have to do captcha nonsense and then ask Yahoo to send me a code in a text message just to log in my browser. When I did this , it eventually logged in the Mail app and the other Apple stock apps. Rebooted after having a shower, and it has started it nonsense again. I keep eep on putting in the correct password, but it is saying it is incorrect, and it wont log in. My iPad does not seem to be doing the same thing, and it is retrieving Yahoo Mail alright, and i can access Yahoo mail in the browser.. but the Mail. Calendar, Notes apps and system preferences
