Iphone 6 voice doesn't work when making/answering regular calls

Hi,

I have an issue with my Iphone 6 - whenever I make a call or answer the phone, the other side can barely hear me.

For some reason I don't have this problem when using Voice Over IP (Skype or Whatsapp) so I don't believe it's a microphone issue.

Can someone help me fix this?

You may need to discuss with your carrier since the voice calls are a predominantly carrier issue

The problem is that the other side can't hear me.

I can hear the other side pretty good.

Will give Verizon a call in the morning
