play back voice memo at a certain time?

I once had a simple battery alarm clock that would record a short voice memo and play it back at a certain time. I could press the record button and say, "Get out of bed NOW!" and set the alarm for 6:00 AM. At 6:00 AM, the clock would play back, "Get out of bed NOW!' Simple, handy, wonderful! 20 years ago. I haven't found anything similar since it died. Would an iPhone 5s have that capability?
