i touched the screen of my Iphone 5 with wet hand, and a few drops of water were on it, suddendly, after that it started turning into headphone mode while i am watching a video or while talking to some body, and to be able to hear again i put on the speaker. I switched off the phone and then started it, but same problem still there. could you help?

You should get the phone checked by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider next to your place, to make sure that no water got inside the phone. If it did, your device needs to be serviced or, depending on the water damage, even replaced.
