i got a iPhone 5s 16GB. now i cant record videos .because its a some kind of a noise but video quality best .what do i do for that issue.

Try Updating to Latest iOS
If still Issue is there your Mic near the Back Camera is not working Properly so better to take it to Repair by Apple Store

It's likely a problem with your physical microphone related to your rear camera.
