Q: Top Tracks for Artist

It is very helpful when doing a search on an artist to show their top tracks as opposed to showing all of their albums.  For example if i were searching for Rolling Stones through Rhapsody it would show all of their top songs.  That is a much easier experience than with Apple Music because you show me all of their albums and then i have to go through each of those albums to find the song and i may not know the name of the song but would more than likely recognize it in a top tracks listing.

    Since we are all users what we don’t know is what Apple is giving to Sonos. Have you posted your question there?

    I am unsure what you are asking here as when searching an artist on Apple Music itself (no mention of Sonos here so I'm assuming you mean Apple Music on its own) the categories presented in the search results are:

    • Top Results;
    • Songs;
    • Albums;
    • Playlists;
    • Music Videos;
    • Artists;
    • Connect; and
    • Stations.

    If I am reading your query correctly, "Top Results" should give you what you're looking for?

    I am speaking about Sonos.  Sorry, I didn't mention Sonos specifically, only reason I didn't was because it was in the Sonos discussion.

    Ah I see, sorry, users don't always post items in the correct discussions so worth checking. In that case, as dwb states, that would be a question only Apple / Sonos could answer, which inevitably they won't. Of course, you can always contact Sonos to request future features!
