Problem connecting Brother MFC 7860DW to Network

I have a Brother MFC 7860DW that is connected to my home Network and I can see the device under 'Printers and Scanners' but I only have the option to print - there is no option to use the Scanner. I have other Brother Devices connected there too and I'm able to do both - Print and Scan - with them. I connected the Brother to the Network with the IP Address rather than doing the 'Network Setup Wizard'. The router also has an option for the 'WPS' connection but that was unsuccessful too. The only way I've been able to see the device on my MacBook is by setting it up to the network via the TCP/IP Address method. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to use the Scanner for this device?

Thanks,

Jason
