Home Sharing List of Libraries. Can you hide some of them?

I have several computers and Apple TVs on my home network.

The main desktop computer (Desktop 1) contains all my media files (music and video). I use home sharing to access these media files across all devices. So when I use an Apple TV it gives me the option of selecting "Desktop 1 Library" via home sharing.

I also use another computer (Desktop 2) to access the "Desktop 1 Library" via home sharing.

The problem is that the Apple TV now gives me the option of selecting "Desktop 1 Library" or "Desktop 2 Library" via home sharing even though "Desktop 2 Library" is empty and really doesn't exist. Also when I use itunes on Desktop 1 I am also given the option of selecting "Desktop 2 Library" despite the fact that it is empty.

My question: Is there a way to hide these empty home sharing libraries from the Apple TVs and other devices on my network? None of the options in itunes preferences have any effect.
