colour calibration's not stable during full screen mode video play on QuickTime Player

if you change standard colour calibration and manually select new calibration, during video play with full screen mode, the moment mouse cursor disappears from the screen, white colour flickers - every time white things appears on the screen, some parts of the screen is going back to standard calibration, and some parts stays - it seems like on some regions of the screen where white colour should be, yellow and white pixel like little squares appear and disappear continuously.)

this happens only on Quicktime Player and youtube. Vimeo and other sites have no this issue. I tried everything, restarting, refreshing hardware and software etc. but nothing helpsI guess apple have some bugs to fix.

anyone having the same problem??

MacBook, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4), 12 inch
