Over the past month and a half, my phone's charges jumps whenever its on the charger . It'll be at 28% and as soon as I put it on the charger it goes to 40% and if I take it off it'll slowly decline over the next few minutes to an even lower percentage. Even if I charge it to 100%, turn off, or reset, this will keep happening. I bought a new charger from Sprint ($15 so it better had worked) but that didn't help in anyway.

please help , in fact my battery charges fast but drains too quickly..
First, you need to eliminate battery failure as the cause. Get an app like the free Battery Life (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/battery-life-check-internal/id1080930585?mt=8) or call or visit and Apple store to get the battery tested. If the phone is still in warranty this is by far the best way to go. You can check your warranty status here: Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage
If the battery is bad Apple will replace it free in warranty, or for $79 out of warranty. But this is a highly unlikely scenario; iPhone 6 batteries just don't fail, at least not this soon.
Next step is to recalibrate the battery gauge.
If the battery is not defective this should fix it.
I downloaded the Battery Life app and it says 517 cycles, dunno if that's good or bad.
I'm using Belkin's iPhone charger and it says it's certified.
With the app it said 10% wear, then 30 secs into it it went to 11% ._.
But anyway, I'll try the 100% to 1% method.
It went from 17% to 36% so hopefully this works.

Are you using an original Apple Charger or a certified Made for iPhone charger? If not, try that.

Apple considers the battery to be in good condition as long as the wear is less than 20%. Your battery life will be slightly shorter at 11%, but probably not noticeably so. The "jumping" symptom usually is a battery gauge issue if the battery is in otherwise good condition.
So, its charging normally and the app says the wear is down to 10% so I think this may have fixed it.
