Q: Speaker volume Iphone 6 too low

Lately I have the appearance that volume of my internal speaker is way to low.

If 2 or 3 people talk around me when I have a telephone call I can't hee anymore the person
I'm talking too. The volume of the internal speaker is on 100%. I don't find this normal, certainly because I'm using
my phone professionally.
What is the problem?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.3

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support

I would also speak with the carrier

Try Resetting the Device it will Fix any Software Glitches

Go to Settings > General > Reset >Reset All Settings
this Option is not going to delete any User Data

Update iPhone to Latest Firmware !!
