iPhone 5c - Bluetooth Spinning wheel, No On/Off button

Problem on iphone 5c 32GB running on iOS 9.3.1.

Bluetooth on/off button simply doesn't exist and does not even allow me to progress as far as to search for a device. No matter how long you leave it, it will not provide the on/off button nor will it pair with anything (I do not believe this is a pairing issue as I can not even get to the stage of turning Bluetooth On because the button is not there and is replaced with spinning).

Tried full factory restore twice, cures it for about 2 days then problem returns.

Another user on Apple Discussions forum has exactly the same problem (see screen shot below) and I am yet to find a solution.

Any ideas?

When you say full factory restore, I'm guessing that you are referring to restoring to factory? Did you test this before adding any additional content, or did you restore your backup? If a restore to factory does not fix the issue, then you need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service provider to have the hardware examined.
