Q: Upgrade to wifi calling not there AT&T NumberSync

So I just activated numbersync on my iPhone. It says my mac can make calls on wifi in the make calls on other devices settings. On my mac however it theres no option to activate wifi calling. The only option I have is continuity. I tried talking to AT&T about this but the tech support rep didn't even know this was available for the Mac. After much convincing it was he then sent me the same tech support article on their site I used to prove to him it was an option. I've tried everything updated everything and it still doesn't show up. Is this something on their end? Do I need to wait for it too show up? Thanks guys for your help!
