There are 2 situations to consider:

1. You are the one who set up iCloud and Find my iPhone, and you forgot your Apple ID and/or password. It's really hard to forget your Apple ID, as it is your email address, but I guess it can happen. In this case use the links provided by ManSinha.
2. You are not the first owner of this phone, and the previous owner did not remove Find my iPhone before selling or otherwise disposing of it.
