Would you mind clarifying which files from iTunes aren't showing up in Apple Music on Android?

Are they MP3 or AAC files you ripped from CDs or added from another source? Are they songs you purchased from the iTunes Store? Or are they songs/albums you've added to your music library from the Apple Music catalog?

If you turn on the iCloud Music Library feature of Apple Music in Tunes on your Mac or PC, it will try to match your songs to the Apple Music catalog so you can then access those songs on your Android device or other devices. If it can't find a match, it will just upload your copy of the song in iTunes on your Mac or PC and you'll be able to access that copy from the cloud on your Android device.
