How long does it take for revised edition to show up?

I uploaded my first iAuthor iBook to the iBooks store on 7th.

This took a long time to upload.

I decided to make a revised edition.

I created a shorter movie instead of the trailer that was attached.

I uploaded this as a revised version successfully.

When I checked, some things had changed, like the description (which has to be redone each time a revision is done), the genre, age, etc.

However, the old video was still included in the new version.

Is there a waiting time for the revised version to appear?

Why does the description and in my case, added screenshots (not in first edition) appear and the media is not revised?
