Q: Phone won't turn on.

I have an iphone 4s, and it died while i was on it. So naturally, I plugged it in- but it has been charging for hours, and won't turn on. It shows on the screen that it is charging.

I tried to contact someone from apple- but they require my iphone's serial number. But i can't exactly get that when my phone is dead. In other words, is there any way i can get it on?

See if you can force restart the iPhone.

Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

There are other ways to find the serial number > Find the serial number of your Apple product

Check your iPhone 4S SIM Tray for IMEI Number is Printed on that Tray

And also Try Charging it With a New Cable & Charger ??
