Q: eHighLighter app for iOS 6 just purchased and not working

Hi all,

 

I'm frustrated.  I'm trying to contact this seller, but the app support button on the phone doesn't work, their website doesn't work, etc.  Evernote was kind enough to find me their Twitter account: no reply.  Anyway: I bought the app less than a week ago, and every time I open it, after a few seconds it says, "cannot connect to your server".  I've tried closing the app and re-opening it, I've tried taking it off the phone and putting back on, etc.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Evernote is promoting this app in their "App Central" section of third-party apps, but both Apple and Evernote says I need to contact Research Habits Digital LLC (eHighLighter).  Help?
