iCloud

Q: When trying to back up my iPhone I get a message saying it iCloud cannot backup files. Am I doing something wrong?

when trying to back up my iCloud on my iPhone it keeps saying it is unable to backup however it doesn't give me a reason. Am I doing something wrong?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3
