I have Macbook Pro mid 2015
I use scaled resolution 1680x1050 (2nd option from the right)
But sometimes when I connect external screens (Lenovo or Iyama) scaled settings on MAC screen are set to 1024x600
and only reload resolves the issue. Screen disconnection/reconnection, relogin do not help.
Is it a known issue?

I understand that you are having a resolution issues when connecting a secondary monitor. Let's go over some additional troubleshooting to get this to be more consistent.
I would start with resetting the SMC and NVRAM. Doing that will help reset the resolution and you would need to change it back to what you had setup previously.
