Has anyone installed an iBook in a gallery or exhibition?

Has anyone previous experience of installing an iPad in a gallery or exhibition with the purpose of displaying an iBook?

Have enabled restrictions so users can't access charts and various iBook Store tabs along bottom and started guided access to keep users in the app

Wondering if there's a way to block users deleting the content or if anyone has experienced similar issues?
