hebrew shown as question marks in some application/sites
Hi,
When i'm using mysql or phpmyadmin and try to write some data in Hebrew, all I can see it's question marks.
When i'm going to a site with hebrew characters, like www.ynet.co.il, I can see hebrew fine.
Is there any solution for this issue?
