I would like to downgrade my icloud shortage but I cannot finish with request.
How can I do?

In the "Downgrade your iCloud storage plan" section of:
iCloud storage upgrades and downgrades - Apple Support
which step are you having problems with (that will not let you finish the request)?
When i try to downgrade storage the Option "done" is blocked. Only "cancel" is available.
I want to downgrade and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to do this! Why can't Apple make it user friendly!
