Q: Recently swapped phones with my Mom, whenever I send a picture message on my new phone(Note 5), it gets sent through her phone number(my old iPhone). I did deactivate iMessage on the iPhone before we swapped.

Just like the question says, for some reason the phone that I switched with her, sends picture messages that I send from my new phone. iMessage was deactivated prior to switching. I'm not able to find anything that has matched this problem either.

Have her do this on the prior phone and then activate it yourself
