Q: How can I change my phone number to another one?

Because I haven't got **** anymore, and I want to change it to actual one. Can prove it with my old credit cards and apps I've purchased.

Also, I got an old account **** and phone with it logged in. I repaired my phone and it required password. Used password a few times incorrect, sot it has blocked it. I can't answer correct on secret questions. How can I unblock it?
